“Noto Salt Galette Bretonne,” featuring my drawing on the package design, has been released. It was crafted by #chef_johjiro, a former two-star restaurant chef. Using salt from Suzu, which suffered significant damage in an earthquake, it strikes a perfect balance of mellow umami and sweetness.
