– On the final day, May 10 (Sat.), “Return to the Sea project” is scheduled to take place.

Time, though invisible, accumulates and leaves traces. This exhibition is an attempt to visualize the layering of time and the memories embedded within it. Centered around two-dimensional works, the exhibition also features a salt installation. The new pieces incorporate gold (gold leaf), a symbol of eternity, to depict the overlapping of time, while also presenting a series of works from the mid-1990s in which plants were encased in resin.
Within a serene space, viewers are invited to traverse past and present, embarking on a journey through memory.

We will be holding the “Return to the Sea” Project on the final day of the solo exhibition. Together with visitors, we will dismantle the salt installation, and each participant will be invited to take some of the salt and return it to the sea by their own hand. I will also be joining.
