Sales have started for the Rich Chocolate Cookie with Noto Salt, featuring my drawing as the package design. This is our second collaboration, following last year’s Noto Salt Galette Bretonne.
The cookies are crafted by George, a former head chef at a two-star restaurant and a social media influencer with over one million followers. These cookies highlight the rich sweetness with a touch of salt from Suzu City in Ishikawa Prefecture.
100 yen will be donated to the Noto Earthquake Reconstruction Fund for every box sold.
