Three of my paintings are on display at a special restaurant inside the Expo grounds that introduces the food culture of Ishikawa. This unique restaurant offers exclusive dishes created by three up-and-coming chefs from Ishikawa, served together with traditional crafts such as Wajima lacquerware and Kutani porcelain. Reservations are required for the meals.
At the festival area, visitors can also enjoy traditional celebrations such as the “Abare Festival” from Noto Town and the “Iida Toroyama Festival” from Suzu City. I hope you will take the opportunity to experience them when you visit the Expo.
